Smith, "being the same land that the said Charity by a bond was to be conveyed to a certain negro Joseph Fletcher and at present in the occupancy of the said Negro Joseph Fletcher, and which was sold to pay the said negro Joseph Fletcher's debts", containing about 3 acres more or less.
