Abstract house and lot on west side of Race Street running back to Pine Street, with slaves, stock in trade and other personal property, in trust to be sold for payment of the said William Wingate's funeral expenses and creditors, who are listed.....; the remaining slaves and proceeds of the sale to be conveyed to William Wingate's granddaughter Caroline J. W. Faulkner or to his son Henry Wingate in trust for her use, or to the said William Wingate's granddaughter Ann Matilda Wingate, to his grandchildren William L. Wingate and Harriet Ann Wingate and to his sons Henry Wingate and George W. Wingate.
