Abstract house and lot on Pine Street in Cambridge next to the lot where Stephen Kiar [Kiah?], free colored man, resides, on the north side of said Kiar's lot and on the east side of said Pine Street, containing about 1/2 acre and formerly on ground rent, being one of the lots which said James A. Stewart purchased at Sheriff's sale of Samuel LeCompte's property by John H. Hodson, Sheriff.
