Abstract "Matkins Forest", "Chance", "Adams Beginning" and "Jones Beginning" and part of "Stewarts Addition", containing some 100 acres more or less, on the road from Tobaccosticke to Black Water River, occupied and cultivated by Jerry Malum, free Negro, adj. a field of Thomas Byus and adj. lands of Levin W Stewart, Spences McCotter and Basil Bose; located about 3/4 mile from Tobaccostick and hereby sold subject to Mrs. Rachel Stewart's right of dower.
