John Leeds Kerr to receive all of her land in Talbot, Caroline and Alleghany Counties, Md.; and the following slaves: Ned, John, Dennis, Dave, Harrison, Lloyd, Leeds, Leon, Hemsley, Jack, Clyde, Watt, Barney, Isaac, Weatley, Bell, Mable, Sall, Henny, Nancy, Beck, Eliza, Priss, Julia, Charlotte, Hester, Henrietta, Addaline, Matilda, Liddy, Maria, Ann and Mary; all her silverplate & money due, to pay debts of David Kerr and $4828 due the President, Directors & Co. of Farmer's Bank of Md. at Easton.
