"On or about 14 Dec 1818, I removed from Sussex Co., Delaware a negro man slave named Gomar, abt. 29, which I received by bequest of the will of my grandfather, Magar Williams, dated 11 Mar 1793 and also a boy named Jack, abt. 10, which I became possessed of by purchase of John Cade, 27 July 1816 - and a negro girl slave named Vina, abt. 6, which I became possessed of by marriage to Sally T. Dawson of the State of Delaware - and request them to be registered." Signature: Morgan Williams.
