| Abstract | Stephen Bailey manumits negro Mealle, age 16 and Sall, age 7, after Mealle serves out the sum of £45 at £5 per year and for every child born, she has to serve one year longer to help raise it and every day she is out of service without leave she is to pay 2 days for one; without penalty, to be discharged 1 Jan 1811 - also Sarah, complying with the terms of her mother, to be freed on 1 Jan 1827. |
