| Abstract | John R. Lee and Rebecca A. Day to Aaron Conrad of Wilmington, Delaware, in consideration of $5,500 convey a tract partly in Caroline Co., Md and partly in Kent Co., Delaware. The same land conveyed form Willoughby White, Negro, to John Lee and conveyed from John Lee to Isaac Lee by will and now being conveyed by John R. Lee, heir at law of the said Isaac. Located on the road from Lee's Old Chapel to Burrsville, adjoining the land of Richard Carter, du Pont and Walker, and the heirs of William Whiteley M.D., deceased, containing 365 acres. |
