Abstract Cassandria H. Cottingham to John Dyer, Negro, in consideration of $1000, convey a tract in Tuckahoe Neck, being part of the land purchased by Charles Cottingham from Joseph Pearson and Sarah Ann his wife, and devised to Cassandria by her late husband Charles by his will. Being all of the said land except what was sold to Sarah Ann Pearson by Cassandria H. Cottingham, adjoining the land of Thomas J. Quigtley and others and containing 107 acres.
