| Abstract | Charles Flowers and Warren K. Frampton of North West Fork Hundred, Sussex Co., Delaware, yoemen, are bound to Jeremiah Cannon (colored man- Negro) of Sussex Co. in sum of $1500. In consideration of Jeremiah Cannon paying to C. Flowers (5/6 of the sum or ) $416.22 2/3 and to Warren K. Frampton a sum of $83. 1/3 (1/6) due Jan 1869 - they convey a Tract called "Quebec" adjoining Jonathon Noble, Hy Watkins, the heirs of John Collins, Jeremiah Cannon, negro, et. al. Cont. 45 acres which lately belonged to Solomon Frampton, now dec'd and fell to Flowers and Frampton as his heirs at law and by assignment of the heirs at law by reference to a deed of 1 Oct 1864. |
