Hubbard, Marcellus Rich (free Negro), Isaiah Blades, Abraham Lord and John W. Wright, which John B. Fell purchased of Samuel Eskridge and wife - cont. 88 acres and described in a deed from Cannon Charles and wife, 7 Feb 1854 and from Samuel Eskridge and wife to John B. Fell, 8 May 1860.
