Abstract Wm. Grinnell and Frances his wife of Caroline Co. to John W. Cohee of Kent Co., Delaware - cons. $225 -land in Caroline Co. called "Joseph's Folly" and "Pleasant Field" in Fourth District - 19 acres adjoining the lands of Wm. G. Trice - Nathan E. Perkins and Elijah Hignutt, also the lands of John W. Cohee - being the same lands Clement Sullivan sold to Wm. H. Dickerson (free negro) and from Dickerson were sold back to Sullivan and from Sullivan to Frances Grinnell, wife of William Grinnell.
