Abstract Sarah M.Harriss, widow of Nathan T. Harriss, dec'd, in cons. of love and affection towards her son John Thomas Warner Harriss - the house and lot where she now resides in Fourth Distict - described in a deed from Peter Sullivan and wife; Wm. Loockerman and wife to Sarah M. and John T. W. Harriss, 8 Mar 1860 and cont. 15 acres - 5 acres of the 15 acres being sold to Levin Collins (coloured man) and 5 acres to my son, reserving 5 acres - and to her son the right of dower of Nancy Harriss, mother of the said Nathan T. Harriss which was conveyed by him to Sarah M. his wife and John t. W. Harriss his son, 9 Apr. 1860.
