| Abstract | Ennalls Hubbard to Thomas F Garey - whereas Thomas Collins (of G.); William Griffith and others named as securities on an injunctin bond against Ennalls Hubbard at the instance of the President, Directors & Co. of the Farmer's and Merchant's Bank of Greensborough naming various properties and also negro woman Esther, a slave for life; negro boy Robert, slave for life - all in trust for Thomas F. Garey to sell and dispose and apply proceeds to all judgments now standing against Ennalls Hubbard. |
