Brian of Ann Arundel Co. - cons. $250 - negro man Jacob, aged abt 23 years on 5 Apr 1858 - to serve until 1 Jan 1869 - according to the will of Abraham Jump, late of 1 Jan 1869 - according to the will of Abraham Jump, late of Caroline Co., dec'd and to serve two years in addition pursuant to an Order passed by the Orphans Court of Caroline Co., 1 Apr 1858 - a petition was made by Solomon Truitt for an order to allow him to sell negro Jacob out of State and extend his time of service for consistent acts of misconduct and out of control.
