Russum - cons. $5 - a parcel of land on the main county road leading from Hunting Creek to Federalsburg - 63 acres adjoining Nicholas Wright, Caleb Bowdle et. al. - described in a deed from John H. Rowens and wife to Daniel Hubbard - also all the personal property of the said Daniel Hubbard and appoints Geo. M. Russum as Trustee to sell the land and personal property for benefit of his creditors.
