Horsey to Solomon Truitt - cons. $650 - negro man Jacob, abt 22 - until 1 Jan 1879 - he being one of the negroes manumitted by the will of Abraham Jump, late of Calvert Co., dec'd and who was sold by Walter Massey, executor, to one Samuel Golt who is now dec'd and by Geo. H. Moore to S.H. Horsey. [the above is made to correct a Bill of Sale given by Samuel H. Horsey to Solmon Truitt, 5 April 1857, the acknowledgment having been made bef. a Notary Public instead of a Justice of the Peace as the law directs.]
