Saulsbury - cons. $320 - all those lots devised by Anastatia Rhodes to Ned Clarke and Washington Clarke (negroes) and conveyed by them to Hignutt - reserving to Hignutt a small lot to be taken from the cleared land allotted to Ned Clarke on the north end near the Spring - 1 1/2 acre adjoining Samuel Eccleston's pt. of Anastatia Rhodes' land. |
