Baynard, all of Mispillion Hundred, Kent Co., Delaware to John Thawley of Caroline Co. - cons. $600 and add'l $150 paid them for use of Emory Freeman (negro) - a farm in Caroline Co. adjoining James Stafford and other lands of John Thawley, cont. 112 acres which Levin Charles purchased of Marcey Fountain, Trustee, 13 Aug 1811, called "Loockerman's Purchase" and "Partnership" except small piece sold by Mary Charles, widow of Levin to John Thawley.
