| Abstract | John Frazier & Sarah E. his wife of Kent Co., Md have rec'd judge=ment in Caroline Co. Court at last March term in action agst. Thomas A. Turner, surviving executor of William Turner of $730.75 - and pt of the $300 judment, the value of negro man, property of Sarah E. Frazier (formerly Spencer), who in the hands of William Turner, her late guardian, absconded and ran away from Maryland and was lost to the guardian and it is just that the value (having been recovered in the said judgment, should be transferred to Thomas A. Turner for $1, a negro man slave named Henry, abt 19, a slave for life - and shall not be answerable for his delivery. |
