Abstract	Thomas H. Baynard of Kent Co., Delaware, Thomas A. Turner, surviving executors of William Turner of Caroline Co., dec'd, and William Whiteley to Thomas H. Slaughter and Benjamin Whiteley - in consideration of payment of principal, interest and costs of a judgment rendered in Caroline Co. Court at March Term 1844, against William Whitely, William A. Tatem and Thomas H. Baynard and at the October Term against William Turner, in his lifetime, in favor of the President, & Directors of Farmer's Bank of Maryland on 2 promissory notes (more details in original) - grants the following negro slaves: woman Eliza Ann, abt 26 and her child Louis, abt 8; negro boy Theodore, abt 13; boy Henry, abt 8; boy Tobert, 13; girl Caroline, abt 6 and negro girl Adaline - which negroes hae been hired out to diverse persons in whose possession they now are, for terms of years that have not yet expired.
