Abstract John Allen Sangston to Giles Hicks - in consideration of numerous judgments against him and a further sum of $1 - conveys to Hicks in trust to sell for his debts, furniture, books, carpets, and household chattels; farm utensils, livestock, grain, negro girl Rebecca Ann, abt 12, to serve until 28 June 1853; a small lot of oak plants. Hicks to take 5% for his services.
