Abstract A division of "Cummin's Hazzard," lying partly in Queen Anne's Co. and partly in Caroline Co., between Richard Jones and Charles Bordley, a free coloured man. Jone's part cont. 25 acres adjoining Chicken Marsh Ditch and "Sweetman's Lot" now belonging to William H. Harrison. Bordley's part contains 25 acres of land. Made by Samuel B. Lewis, Caroline Co. surveyor.
