| Abstract | Potter; Landin, 3 May 1837 " Whereas Charles Peters has sold me a horse for the sum of $40 and for the purpose of securing payment of the same, I have sold to Peters my son John Holland (8 years old on 6 Jan. last) to hold until he is paid for the horse or until the said boy is aged 21.
