    Executors of Mrs. Mary Fisher vs David Pinxston - Deposition of Benjamin Blunt - his Aunt Molly Fisher wanted him to rebuild a kitchen he had built for her and she would not let him hae the boy Adam, son of David. David asked if she would give a Bill of Sale for him and she agreed the boy should be free but refused to give a Bill of Sale as David might get into debt and the boy taken for payment but doesn't know if David complied with her request. Deposition of William Hopper of Queen Ann Co. aged 40 years sometime Dec past saith he had heard Mary Fisher, late of Caroline Co., dec'd say she had let David Pinxton have a male child son of negro woman belonging to Mary Fisher called Van and supposed to be David's son - to be his property and at his death to be free, on his doing her a piece of work. He built a small kitchen and finding the cover to leak, he replaced it. 2 Aug 1784.
